Westland High School students competing at the Westland Spring Horse Show
A number of our student competed at the Westland Spring Horse Show in Hokitika on Sunday 13th October.
The show, the third of its type, is organised by community & RDA volunteers and is a fund-raiser for the Westland Riding for the Disabled Association.
There were around 80 entries in; In-Hand, Ridden, Jumping and Cowboy Challenge classes.
Westland High School students competed across all the classes with Jess Foote taking out Champion Versatility Mount Rider Under 17 with Jessie Smith as Reserve Champion.
Well done girls and everyone else for competing.
