Drama students trip to Christchurch

A group of drama students went to Christchurch during the holidays to watch a selection of live theatre performances.

During the school holidays a group of avid theatre loving drama students traveled across the hills to Christchurch to have a whirl wind theatre performance weekend. We watched 4 professional performances, had a tour of The Court Theatre and some of us even had the privilege of being on stage and being part of the performance itself. Students laughed along with the cast in Measure For Measure and booed the Horrible King in Hamlet, they joined the Ribbeting of the Frog Prince and helped mold the performance for Scared Scriptless. The students showed excellent audience skills and will use the weekend towards their external exams.
