News from the International Department

Our two international students have been participating in an alternative programme this week while our other students have been sitting their exams.

On Monday and Tuesday, they gave a talk to each class at St Mary's school. Marlene and Julia taught the students about German food, language, and landscape and why they decided to come and study in New Zealand. The St Mary's students had many questions and enjoyed the games Marlene and Julia played with them.

During the rest of the week, the girls visited RDA (Riding for the Disabled) and have been kayaking on Lake Mahinapua. Back to class on Friday!
