The Westland High School International Department is looking forward to welcoming seven new students in January!

We’re excited to be welcoming these new students to Westland to join our three existing students, Grete, Meggy and Richard for 2025.

Four of the students will be coming as part of the New Zealand project created by the charity In Viaggio con Fede who support young rugby players to come and play rugby in the land of the All Blacks and to have the experience of living a Kiwi lifestlye for 6 months.

We will also welcome Jonna, Johanna and Moritz from Germany.

This term we say farewell to Hannah and Clara from Germany who have been amazing students, making the most of all the opportunities that come their way and being willing to share their culture with us here at Westland.

We would also like to say a huge thank you their host families, Hannah, Matt, Alanna and Sam Nicholls and Karren McNee who have shown Hannah and Clara amazing hospitality.
