All learners will be working toward completing their NCEA Level 2 qualification.
Students are highly recommended to take English, Mathematics, and at least one Science option. Students must select 6 options. Students still working towards their Common Assessment Activities (CAA) in Mathematics and English will be placed in appropriate Mathematics and English courses. They may also select Level 2 Mathematics and English courses with the approval of the Head of Learning Area.
Trades Academy courses, Manaaki Tāpoi, and Whenua Iti programs will be considered as a 7th choice by application. Once students are accepted into these courses or programs, timetables will be adjusted accordingly. Gateway, may be one of the six courses or a 7th choice.
